ADORN YOUR JOURNEY WITH INTENTION.

Move through life with a renewed sense of connection, creativity, and calm.

WHAT ARE MALA BEADS?

Adorn mind, body, and spirit; weaving adornment with intention.

Traditionally, Mala beads are meditation tools used by sages, yogis, and spiritual seekers for thousands of years. A mala (Sanskrit:माला; mālā, meaning garland) is used to count affirmations, breaths or to recite mantras by chanting, whispering or mental repetition. This practice is known as Japa.

Wearing your Mala throughout the day is a beautiful reminder to come back to the present moment, reconnect with your intention, and get an added boost of inspiration from the semi-precious healing stones.

"Each breath is a sacrament, an affirmation of our connection with all other living things, a renewal of our link with our ancestors and a contribution to generations yet to come."
