Shipping, Exchange & Repair
All of our packaging, from the boxes, the cotton inside, the tissue paper, the thread, and the shipping envelopes are made with Recycled, FSC®, and Fairtrade® products.
We happily offer free shipping on orders exceeding $100 USD throughout Canada, the USA, and Europe. For orders falling below $100 USD threshold, we charge a nominal flat rate of just $7 USD.
All orders are currently being sent from Portugal via CTT tracked parcel 'Correio Azul'.
CANADA - Orders once dispatched (within 1-3 days) usually arrive between 7-10 business days.
USA - Orders once dispatched (within 1-3 days) usually arrive between 7-10 business days.
Europe - Orders once dispatched (within 1-3 days) usually arrive between 1-5 business days.
Rest of the world - Please reach out to email@example.com. for shipping fees outside the locations mentioned above.
At My Little Mantra, we take great care in ensuring that your order is processed and shipped in a timely and efficient manner. However, please note the following important information regarding shipping and customs policies:
Once your order leaves Portugal, we rely on the destination country's postal service for all status updates. We are unable to control or guarantee the speed of delivery once it is in transit.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any stolen or lost packages during shipping. Additionally, any customs delays are beyond our control and we are not responsible for them.
While it is rare, please be aware that some countries may charge customs, duty, or import fees for international packages. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for more information.

At My Little Mantra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day exchange policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you may exchange it for something of equal or greater value, provided you pay the difference in cost.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that this policy only applies to unworn jewelry in its original condition, and does not cover any shipping fees incurred during the exchange process.
We do not offer store credit for exchanged items. Instead, we will process your exchange as soon as possible once we receive the returned item.

At My Little Mantra, we take pride in our exceptional quality and stand behind it. We offer free jewelry repair services within the first year of purchase, subject to certain terms and conditions. Our repair policy does not include misuse, damage beyond normal wear, or outside alterations.
To ensure the longevity of your precious jewelry, please follow our recommended care instructions as mentioned in our Jewelry care guide.
After the first year, we charge a nominal repair fee of $25, and we are always here to assist you.
Kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of the damage, along with photographic evidence and proof of purchase.
Please note that shipping charges both ways are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend that you ship your jewelry using a secure and insured carrier.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any of our items at this time. However, we do offer an exchange policy as mentioned above.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt with clear photographs and a description of the issue at email@example.com. We will do our best to address the problem and offer you a suitable solution.

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Therefore, we accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the items have not already been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your purchase. We will process your request as soon as possible and issue a refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests, exchanges, and cancellations. We kindly request that you adhere to our 14-day exchange policy and 24-hour cancellation policy.
