All orders are shipped from Toronto, CA.

We happily offer Free Worldwide shipping to all orders over $150 USD.

𓏸 Orders within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post Expeditad parcel (1-7 business day)

𓏸 Orders to the USA will be shipped via Canada post Tracked packet (4-7 Business days)

𓏸 All other international orders will be shipped via Canada post Small packet international Air (6-10 Business days)



You can chose your shipping method and calculate your shipping costs at checkout.  Please note that we rely on the destination country for all status updates once the item leaves Canada.

* We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. We are not responsible for any customs delays. Although charges a rarely incurred, the customer is responsible for any and all customs, duty or import charges or fees.  This is decided by the customs agent in your country and is completely out of our control. Customs policies vary from country to country.



We want you to be happy with your new pieces so we offer a 14 day exchange policy.  If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email us at to exchange your item within 14 days of arrival.  

**This only applies to unworn jewelry in its original condition and does not include shipping fee incurred.



We stand by our quality and so we are happy to repair your Mala beads free of charge.  Please email us at along with a description of the damage, photo and proof of purchase.  Please note that you are responsible for shipping charge both ways.



We do not currently accept returns on any items, but we would be happy to exchange the item for something of equal cost or more, assuming you pay the difference in cost.  You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Please email us at for more questions.



We do accept cancelations within 24 hrs of purchase providing the items have not already been shipped.  Please email us at within the 24 hours.

**We do reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, exchanges, and cancelations. Please be mindful of our 14 day exchange policy and 24 hour cancelation policy.
